No warranty or guarantee of fitness for use, applicability, or usability is provided with management or technical consulting services.

Referrals
We provide referrals from our web site to other web sites for referral fees from other sites. These referrals are based on terms and conditions relevant to various other sites. You should consult the sites for specific information on referrals from us to them. Referrals are not made at any cost to our customers or visitors to our site.

Advertisements
Advertisements on the Vertoro web site are provided where is and as is, for the convenience of the users. We use advertising revenues to support the cost of our web content and hosting, including the tutorials. Gold Sales
The sale of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or other metal specie, bullion, medallions, paper warehouse receipts or digital warehouse receipts is provided by Vertoro according to the terms and conditions herein. We do not buy gold or other precious metals from the public. We make every effort to fill each order promptly. However, some sales take longer to fulfill than others. To the extent possible, we provide the amount of gold you order for as close to the price of gold at the time of your order as we can get. However, we cannot buy gold with funds we do not have. We do not make any guarantee regarding price. We do not control the spot metal prices of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or any other metal, and we cannot be responsible for price fluctuations during order processing, during shipment if applicable, or after you have taken delivery of your metal. To the extent that you are unsatisfied with your metal purchase or wish to sell it for cash, we reference a number of other possible gold buyers on various pages within our site. Digital gold and paper warehouse receipts for gold are provided by third party vendors and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of those vendors.

Store
The items provided in our store include books made available by other retailers including but not limited to Laissez Faire Books and Amazon.com. Book sales are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the actual booksellers. Vertoro offers books as a commissioned sales agent of the booksellers or publishers. Some items in our store are provided by CafePress and are subject to terms and conditions of that company. Items provided directly by Vertoro are provided where is and as is. Our liability is limited to the amount of money we receive for any given item. Shipping and handling services are provided on a best efforts basis, with optional shipping insurance services provided by various shipping companies.

Newsletter
Vertoro offers an occasional newsletter with information about digital gold, free market money, our products and services. The newsletter contains articles and essays as well as information about sites and services you may find of interest. The newsletter is provided for a subscription fee and advertisements may appear in the newsletter. We provide the newsletter where is and as is, in digital form. We are not responsible for your reaction to the content of the newsletter. We do not agree to provide the newsletter on any particular schedule. We do not agree to provide timely content nor do we agree to provide content on which you should rely for any choice or decision. To the extent that you act upon suggestions in our newsletter, you do so at your own risk.

Timing
Vertoro provides products and services through contract and arrangement with other companies and parties. We do not control the timing of availability of funds, availability of products, or availability of prices. You should not organize your affairs to depend on the timing of any services from us. We take reasonable care that all products and services are provided as promptly as practical.

Competence
You agree that you are of legal age and otherwise qualified to enter into legally binding contracts with respect to your jurisdiction and other applicable jurisdictions. The use of Vertoro's site and services is limited to parties able to enter into legally binding agreements.

Freedom of Association
Vertoro is not a common carrier of any product or service. Vertoro has complete freedom to accept or reject business from any customer at any time. We reserve the complete freedom of association to refuse service and not process orders for any reason or no reason. In the event that we refuse service, we will destroy or return checks or money orders received before deposit, or return funds less an administrative fee not to exceed US$22 and less our cost of returning the item or funds (such as bank wire fees).

Independence
Vertoro is an independent service provider acting as a third party to make referrals, offer tutorials and other information, and sell gold and other metal, digital and paper warehouse receipts, and other services. We are independent from companies such as Pecunix, e-gold, GoldMoney, e-Bullion, Phoenix Dollar, Loom Gold, Liberty Dollar, and Liberty Reserve. We provide products and services by arrangement with these and other companies.

Payment Limitations
Wires received at any of our banking service providers are received where is and as is. International wires may have one or more intermediary banks involved, and may be reduced by fees charged by such intermediaries. Our bank charges a bank wire receive fee, which reduces the amount of funds available to us. You are responsible for intermediary and wire receive fees.

As a matter of policy, we do not accept personal checks, business checks, electronic checks, third party checks, ACH, or EFT transfers. Any such items received will be voided or reversed or sent back at the expense of the party tendering them. In the case of checks, we will request funds from you to cover postage and handling for their return. If we are unable to return the funds for any reason, we may at our option hold them for up to six months before releasing them via check. We do not permit deposits by customers directly into our bank account for any reason. If you make a deposit, we may hold the funds for up to six months before providing a refund after verifying your identity. This policy is in place to protect against various widespread forms of banking service abuse and theft of bank accounts.

Vertoro does not accept payment by credit cards, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, evoCash, BEcash, INTGold, BrightPay, Stormpay, NetPay, Neteller, Moneybookers, or various other money transfer, money service, or dollar transfer providers. If you are in doubt about a payment option, please contact us.

Vertoro does accept payment by Western Union money order, Travelers Express money order, traveler checks from Visa, American Express, and Thomas Cook subject to verification and funds availability provided by our banking service providers. Under very special circumstances for best customers we may accept postal money orders. (Please clear this option with us in advance before purchasing.)

Vertoro does not offer to collect any form of tax for any government at any level at any time for any reason. If there is a sales tax obligatory on you as it may respect any purchase you make from us, you agree that you are fully responsible for satisfying your local, provincial, or national government for the amount of tax due and payable. You agree that you absolve Vertoro of any and all obligation to collect taxes or file paperwork relating to your purchase.

Membership Privileges
Members of Vertoro in good standing are entitled to exemptions and privileges with respect to these terms and conditions. Special offers, special services, and service enhancements, as well as customer appreciation prizes are provided from time to time to members. Membership is offered to select clientele on a case by case basis.

Questionable Transactions
To protect ourselves and our customers, our funds and other property, and the gold accounts, funds, and property of our customers, we may choose to investigate any transaction that appears to us to be possibly suspicious or questionable. In addition, we may be required to cooperate with law enforcement authorities on tracing funds from illegal activities. To the extent that our investigation of potentially questionable or fraudulent or suspect transactions raises legal issues with respect to a particular customer or transaction, we may be required to request identification information, meet with law enforcement authorities, provide records, or pursue crime detection, prevention, and remediation actions. We may or may not be permitted by law to contact our customer in such cases. We seek to defend individual liberty, private property, and life whenever possible. We reserve the freedom to use any means at our disposal to pursue thieves, frauds, or other criminals as we see fit.

Not an ebay Payment Processor
Vertoro is not an ebay payment processor. We cannot accept payments from third parties for merchandise which you may or may not have sent them. We sell only gold and silver coins, digital gold currency, and web consulting services. Payments for any other goods will be returned to their source. If you intend to use our service in connection with ebay auctions, we ask that you not register an account.

No Warranty
Vertoro provides its web site and its services as is and without warranty. We do not warranty the condition of our site, its availability, its fitness for any use. We do not warranty our services, their condition, nor do we accept any obligation to provide express, implied, or statutory warranty.

No Endorsement
We provide gold, silver, platinum, palladium, advertisement links, products, and services to our customers by their requests. We do not in any way favor or promote or vouch for the products or services or currency providers or other vendors involved. Caveat emptor. Caveat vendor. Customers are responsible for their own due diligence on the digital currencies they order through Vertoro. Customers should exercise caution in buying digital or paper warehouse receipts to ensure that they have recourse in their jurisdiction or in an applicable jurisdiction in the event the warehouse receipt provider should default. We do not recommend or endorse the products of advertisers.

Liability Limit
In no event shall Vertoro or our personnel or suppliers be held responsible for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, services, these terms and conditions, or any of our products, however arising. If for any reason whatsoever we are not able to process an order requested by a customer, the only liabiilty we incur is to refund the customer for the amount paid in advance for that particular order, in the same form received in funds from the customer. Customers waive any right to any additional compensation beyond a refund in the form and under the conditions described above.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Vertoro and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by yourself and/or any party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Vertoro site or services.

Caution
Any acts of fraud or attempts at theft against Vertoro or our associates, customers, vendors, or the general public may result in Vertoro sharing information related to the act with appropriate authorities or appropriate businesses.

Applicable Law
The Vertoro.com web site is operated from Malaysia and its use is governed by applicable law. Vertoro is a business unit of EZEZ, SA.

The terms and content of this web site, and the services provided are subject to change without notice.
