If you would like to allow people to pay you in Phoenix dollars, one easy way is to put a link on your web site to your Phoenix Dollar payment page. Your payment page is "https://phoenixdollar.com/sci?payee=" followed by your account's contact address, like so: "https://phoenixdollar.com/sci?payee=planetaryjim@yahoo.com". To make a payment link for a particular amount, for example for 20 U.S. dollars, add a ampersand (&) and then amount=20, then another ampersand and units=USD. So, the link would be https://phoenixdollar.com/sci?payee=planetaryjim@yahoo.com&amount=20&units=USD. You can learn more about different options in accepting electronic payments by logging into your account and then clicking on "Phoenix Wizard", in the menu on the left side, under Merchant Tools.

To accept payments in physical Phoenix Dollar silver coins or bars, you can simply decide to permit your customers to pay you in Phoenix Dollars. You don't need to do anything special; you don't even need a computer or a Phoenix Dollar account. It would be ideal to notify your customers that you accept the Phoenix Dollar by placing a logo on your cash registers, or mentioning it in your advertising literature, or doing whatever would be applicable to your situation. If you usually are paid in U.S. dollars, you should train your employees on the exchange rate at which you wish to accept the silver. You may wish for simplicity's sake to decide on a fixed exchange rate such as $15 per ounce to be adjusted only occasionally, or you may want to link your rate more closely to the real-time spot price, or you may wish to list prices actually denominated in ounces of silver.
